Nagaland State Chief Minister, Neiphiu Rio flagging off the ëNagaland Expressí train at Dimapur, Nagaland on Tuesday, November 15, 2011. The Nagaland Express train, which was last in the railway budget was flag off by the sate Chief Minister which will run between Kamakhya of Assam and Dimapur of Nagaland. The Nagaland Express train which was flagg off today was announced by the Indian Railway Minister Dinesh Trivedi during his visit to the state on September as the Christmas gift to Nagaland.
